“I was diagnosed with a neurological condition about three
years ago. At the time, I was given some reading information, which included
some materials which been written by a well-known athlete who had been
diagnosed with the same illness. His writings were about how he had adopted a
holistic approach to disease management, including dietary changes, and five
years later he not only felt better but had managed to lower his weight and
minimize the common symptoms of the disease. Unfortunately, he didn’t explain
what he did to achieve his goals of feeling better and moving better. So I
figured Coach Steve could provide me with some guidance and answer my tons of
questions on the benefits of a holistic approach for my disease management. And

“My weightloss journey began in March 2019. I was the

Inspiration and hope for the future
I have done the hard work over the past 13 years and I am in the best shape of my life. I never dreamed at 54 that I would be able to be in such a great place menatally, physically and spiritually.
My purpose in life is love and what comes with that is I get excitingly energized when I help people. It is my gift.
Fast forward, I became a Personal Trainer, Spartan Coach and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach to share what I have learned and my methods with others who want to do what I did with the wisdom I have gained in A LOT LESS TIME.
Taking the path less traveled was the best gift I ever gave myself. I have coached many individuals and veterans over the years to become the best version of themselves and create the life they love!
I also love to connect with nature through hiking, birdwatching, and even doing Spartan Races. I am a volunteer for the Westmoreland Bird and Nature Club and a avian compiler for Big Day with Cornell and the Christmas Bird Count with Audubon. I love to see new places in the United States and the World.
